Mindful Flow - Love Your Brain friendly
This class will cover proper alignment, transitions, and breath but at a slower pace that encourages mindfulness and staying in the present moment. This class will build strength, stability, and postural integrity through a reflective vinyasa flow followed by guided meditation or yoga nidra to raise your vibrational frequency! You will leave feeling positive, refreshed and in alignment with your health and well-being. This class is suitable for all levels.
